  I have never had customer service the way I did with Andrew Shull's office. The staff there are so helpful and patient. They did nothing but take their time to communicate everything about my policy and make sure I was getting the best rate possible! I highly recommend Andrew Shull for anyones insurance.

  Our property owner requires a document for all move-ins we have that states that our property is listed as the interested party; When I called to request this document for a resident of ours I received nothing but disgusting attitude from Jordan Dunaway. She argued with me on having to type something up even though I explained her to that this is what was requested from me, from my owner and I clearly was just doing my job. Every other State Farm has never had an issue with getting us this document. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk too and she stated "NO that would be me." Then she finally ended the conversation with "I'll type something up but it'll be a fake document" I would not recommend this agency to anyone after the incredibly disgusting behavior I witnessed.
