- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hands-down one of the worst experiences in my entire life at any doctors office ever! My first office visit they left me in a room for an hour, I finally poked my head out and asked if they were coming to see me, they told me they had forgotten I was in there! After that they basically told me I could not leave until they removed a mole I had had on my arm my entire life, they burned it off and it got iINFECTED because they left the stitches in! I had to go back to get the stitches removed and get a prescription for anabiotic's for the nasty infection I now have a disgusting scar that I have to live with the rest of my life. Then they had the AUDACITY to send me a bill in the mail for what my insurance didn't cover! They are lucky we did not sue them out of business! We are still looking into legal options, they acted like they could care less what they did to me, I have told everyone I know to never go to this horrible place, not to mention the front desk girls are all completely rude and act like you're inconveniencing them by asking any questions. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This has been a very negative experience. The freckle that I had to have removed left a very nasty scar, and I have seen others have the same procedure done somewhere else and have no scar. The process to get my refund has taken much too long. I have been waiting on my refund check since May. I have been told different dates, and I have even been told that their bill pay messed up the last time. They managed to call the other patients except me. I was supposed to receive my refund check on 6/14/2017, and I have not received it yet. I would not recommend this place to any friends or family members. I have even filed a complaint with my insurance company. Please, spare yourself the pain and trouble and go to a different doctor and a different place.May 10, 2017by Tammy Battin
