- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Use to like taking my mother here but after the last couple of times we went, they failed to inform us that they were not taking our insurance anymore. The front desk always asked us if insurance was the same and it had. I guess they don't bother to check the insurance before pts come in. We found out until we received a bill of $300-$400. Called and let them know why we were getting billed at such amount and that is when they informed us. We had gone there several times before that bill and they didn't say anything about it. My mom has tried calling them asking what options we have and the front desk is always rude about the situation. She always tries to send us to her billing person and when they transfer us, they don't answer. Again, we never had any issues until now.March 17, 2017by Star Jaral
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Vicki is sour, unpleasant and lacks compassion and a decent bedside manner. I fully understand why she only managed a DO not an MD. If I had been able to get an appointment anywhere else I would have taken it. I do understand why she was the only dr out of 30 who was taking new sick patient appointments.
