  Wonderful staff, experience and service -- before Dr. Alexander assumed his practice, Dr. McCarley was our family dentist for about 18 years prior to his sudden passing in January 2015. Personally, I never imagined having another dentist and could less envision a dentist the caliber of Dr. McCarley. However, Dr. Ben Alexander for sure ranks with the best -- he is very careful to explain the procedure and what to expect, not only during the procedure but afterwards and follow-up. Dr. Alexander also keeps on the leading edge of dentistry by taking 150 hours of continuing education (CE) each year -- the requirement is just 12 hours, so Dr. Alexander is striving above and beyond by taking more than 10x the CE of other dentists. Moreover, it's evident that Dr. Alexander takes care of his staff. Since the acquisition of his practice, Dr. Alexander has retained nearly all of his staff and they seem very happy, and that speaks volumes to me about the person Dr. Alexander is and the practice and people he manages. Lastly, I appreciate hat Dr. Alexander maintains the small-office feel that Dr. McCarley created -- where else does the dental hygienist give you a hug when they see you every 6 months?! -- that would be Ms. Pauline -- again, wonderful people and service, including CJ in the front and Ashley in the back. Sorry to mention him so much in a this review, I believe Dr. McCarley is looking down from heaven with pride on how his practice has evolved and how Dr. Alexander has achieved to maintain the tenets of his service philosophy, manner and way of managing a dental practice.

  I was dissatisfied with my last dentist to I started coming here since my fiance comes here. He's been a patient for years when it was Dr. McCarley's practice (who passed away). I do not regret this decision at all. They are thorough and diligent and I appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness of everyone in this office. CJ at the front desk is just amazing and probably the friendliest person you'll meet. I mean, when i walk in the door I feel like they couldn't wait for me to get there. Pauline, the dental hygienist has been there prior to it becoming Dr. Alexander's practice and she's great too. She makes sure you're comfortable and even has a massaging chair! And the Dr. takes his time to explain everything and to make sure you're comfortable and have no issues.
