  I never got a chance to see the doctor,but I am very disappointed with the office staff.My daughter had ear infection for which her hearing has been compromised and it's painful also. I called to get an appointment and got one after 3days.The day before appointment their office staff called me to confirm and asked if I have their address and I replied yes as it's refecting on the Google.That day she never told me they been moved so please note our new address. Day of the appointment I started 45 mins before appointment (15 min drive from my house). I took direction from Google which has their old address(Which I recently suggedted edit). Parking is an headache there anyhow I parked and went inside after 15 mins roaming here and there I called them to confirm the address and they were helpful regarding the location.Finally I went to help desk and that lady told me the Completely moved to another place which is 15 min drive from there.i was 10mins late for my appointment so I called them to inform about the mix-up with the address and the lady told me she would be checking if it's possible today and she confirmed me I am good.As soon as I drop the call I received another call from their office saying I have to reschedule and that time I was on the building.I Apologied​ about my mistake and requested her to allow me as its about the kid who is suffering from past 1week. She didn't even listen to me and kept on saying you need to reschedule. I dropped the call and came back with my kid. May be he is a good doctor but I sure there are many more who can be little lenient for a sick kid who deserves an attention.
