  Scheduled a calcium score test with Cardiac Center of Texas for Sept 19,2017 8AM appt. Arrived on time at 8, completed the forms and paid for the Calcium score test. At 820am, they called me to window to tell me technician called in sick and will need to reschedule. I rescheduled for Sept 26, 2017 8AM appt, called the office on Sept 25th at 430pm or so to confirm. Arrived on-time on Sept 26th, I sat in the waiting room until about 850am and finally asked how much longer at that time I was told that they could not reach the technician. At that time, I asked for a refund of my money. Hopefully everything is ok with that technician however on both occasions did not hear anything back from office explaining what had happened. I was also disappointed they let me sit in the office for 50 minutes before saying anything.

  The Doctor and the staff was caring and listened to me carefully and treated me very well. Waiting time was very less and that's what I have problem with other doctors.
